DISSECTIONS - Puzzles Set 2


To do the dissection puzzles in this set you must first make the pieces.
Use squared-paper - 1 cm squares are about the right size.
Using the diagram on the right as a guide cut out the big square shown.
Then cut it up into 6 separate pieces as shown by the coloured areas.
Try making each of the shapes shown below, using ALL 6 pieces for each shape.
All the given shapes are to the same scale as the original square from which the pieces were cut.
